Fleet Feet is proud to support Montgomery County’s Girls on the Run program! These young girls have been training all spring to complete a 3.1 mile run on May 12. Come out and support this worthy cause by participating in the 5k yourself! More details can be found here(http://gotrpa.org/)
Packet pick up will be held at Fleet Feet Thursday, May 10 from 10am- 7pm.

Training the for 3 day walk? Be sure to come to Fleet Feet for all your training needs! With our extensive FIT process, we can ensure that your feet and legs will be super comfy during your journey. As fellow female athletes, we understand the difficulties in finding the right sports bra and apparel. However, we also have a thorough bra FIT process to help you select the correct sports bra (and not all bras fit the same!). We carry sports bras from 30a to 54 DDD and all sizes in between. Our apparel lines start at XS and go up to XXL.

Timing is done professionally by Pretzel City Sports. The post-race awards and prizes are not to be missed, and tech shirts (available to the first 250 5/10k participants) and tee-shirts (while supplies last) are original artwork.
Race day amenities include professional timing, complimentary moon bounce for the kids, music by Hanna DJ's, race bags, and ample restrooms and parking. Post-race refreshments include Dominick's wraps, fresh fruit and other assorted snacks. Making this a fun event for the whole family.

Our training programs are designed to encourage runners and walkers to meet their fitness and running goals. We offer education on different training techniques and tools in order to further enjoy running and improve performance. Occasional clinics at the store will cover a wide range of topics including running, health, recovery and nutrition from the area's leading experts. Weekly group runs/walks and a new community of runners/walkers will keep you motivated to reach your personal goals.
Always wanted to do a 13.1 mile race but did not know how to start? Looking for some accountability and motivation? Sign up for our 13.1 training program and get ready to run 13.1 miles this fall!
Training begins in mid-june. Details will be available soon. Training for a 13.1 mile race is doable, but not for everyone. In order to ensure the safety of the program, and your success increasing your mileage, we ask that all participants be conditioned to run 5 miles by mid- June.
Start Date: June 26 at Mondauk Park in Upper Dublin, Tuesday and Saturday workouts meet at Mondauk Park. 630pm and 8am
