
Our training programs are designed to encourage runners and walkers to meet their fitness and running goals. We offer education on different training techniques and tools in order to further enjoy running and improve performance. Occasional clinics at the store will cover a wide range of topics including running, health, recovery and nutrition from the area's leading experts. Weekly group runs/walks and a new community of runners/walkers will keep you motivated to reach your personal goals.

So you want to do a triathlon, but you have no idea where to begin? We are here to help. As seasoned triathletes who have competed and participated in every distance, we know how intimidating the sport can be. But also how fun it is!
Join us for a great seminar series geared to get you ready for the 2012 multisport season!
All seminars will begin at 7pm at Fleet Feet Sports. Each topic will be hosted by local professionals and triathletes.
