• Balancing Life and Training
• Choosing appropriate races
• Attention to detail can be the difference between a good season and great season
• How to incorporate rest periods
• How to track your progress to ensure your making gains
• Don't train blindly, have a plan that meets your needs
• The most detailed training plan is useless if you don't follow it, and the most closely followed detailed training plan is useless If it's not tailored to you
