Core Strengthening Workshop

The cornerstone of all athletic movements is the abdominal or core muscles. An athlete can train to increase strength, power, speed, agility, and quickness but if the core muscles are weak the athlete will not reap the full benefits of this hard work.

Fleet Feet is hosting a FREE Core Strengthening Workshop to give you the tools to build your abdominal muscles. Lead by Coach Ann Ford, this is an evening you don't want to miss.

Ann Ford is local fitness enthusiast who's accomplishments include completing the Ironman triathlon distance three times also several marathons, and sprint distance triathlons. She is an active fifth degree black belt who teaches and trains in Blue Bell, and she is also a free online personal coach for Beachbody Fitness company. In addition, Ann is a coach for Fleet Feet's No Boundaries 5k training program.
