This Spring 10, join Fleet Feet Sports and New Balance to walk or run your first 5k. The program focuses on male and female beginners, but all levels of walkers and runners are welcome.
The program is structured to help you cross the finish line of your first 5K in less than three months. Along the way we'll be providing you with motivation to keep you moving, guidance and advice, weekly group training runs or walks, and educational clinics on topics such as proper nutrition, choosing the right gear, and avoiding injury. These clinics will be provided by local experts; Fleet Feet Sports, Local Doctors and Whole Foods North Wales. Plus, you'll have the camaraderie of others just like you.
Registration has officially begun, you may contact us now! Its never too early to sign-up. Training will begin March 27, 20010. We would LOVE to see you out there with us!
