In Spring & Fall of 2010, Fleet Feet Sports and New Balance partnered again to help people just like you walk or run your first 5k. The program focuses on male and female beginners, but all levels of walkers and runners are welcome. This past year a woman with a love of running brought 2 friends and they were amazed at their success. Another woman completed the training with her teenage son to increase their healthy lifestyle and bring them closer. Men, Women and Teens are all enjoy the challenge and their success.
The program is structured to help you cross the finish line of your first 5K in less than three months. Along the way we'll be providing you with motivation to keep you moving, guidance and advice, weekly group training runs or walks, and educational clinics on topics such as proper nutrition, choosing the right gear, and avoiding injury. These clinics will be provided by local experts; Fleet Feet Sports, Local Doctors and Whole Foods North Wales. Plus, you'll have the camaraderie of others just like you.

After 12 weeks of training in the rain, sun, heat, and even cold this group did awesome at their first 5k! We are SO PROUD of you! We knew you could do it and YOU DID! Congratulations!!!!!!
June 15th was the culmination of Fleet Feet's 3rd No Boundaries Program, a 12 week 5k training porgram. The group worked for 12 weeks to prepare for The Spring into Summer 5K. Almost all had never completed a 5K before. The program not only taught the group that they could complete the 5k, but also created some very strong friendships.

This incredible group of men and women, boys and girls, worked hard running and walking since August 15 to prepare for I Can Run 5k. Almost all had never completed a 5K before. The program not only taught the group that they could complete the 5k, but also created some very strong friendships.

This incredible group of men and women worked hard running and walking since March 21 to prepare for The Kugel Ball 5k. Most had never completed a 5K before. The program not only taught the group that they could complete the 5k, but also created some very strong friendships.
