The eight week rigorous physical exercise program taught by Dr. Aaron Oberst, aka Dr. Drill, is militarily inspired and will kick off again the week of August 10th. Classes are held at 5:30 a.m. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and evening sessions are held at 6 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Participants must come prepared to work hard and challenge themselves. Recruits will reap many health benefits including weight loss and increase in strength.

We want all athletes to feel our passion for the sport. We realize that you are the race! So with each of our races, we have swam in the waters, we have hopped on our bikes and rode the course and have laced up those running shoes and ran many miles to make sure that each course is safe, challenging and most importantly fun!
