If you have ever thought about completing a half marathon this program is for you!
Designed for the novice to intermediate runner, this program will gradually increase your mileage and endurance to prepare you for the 13.1 distance on September 19 in Philadelphia.
Program benefits include:
• 14 week training plan
• Two coach led workouts per week (Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings)
• Custom technical top
• Educational seminars (nutrition, heart rate, injury prevention, etc.)
• Fluid provided at all workouts
