A sports bra is essential equipment and 8 out of 10 women are wearing the wrong size bra.  The average life of a sports bra is 6-12 months.   Bras that are dried in the dryer last even less time! 

Not all sports bras are created equal.   Different breast sizes and varying activity levels require different levels of support.  Find the one that is right for you!

At Fleet Feet Sports North Wales, we offer three categories of supportive sports bras:

Compression bras: which push the breast tissue against the chest

Encapsulation bras: which use 360-degree support around each breast to minimize movement

Compression/encapsulation bras: which provide both categories of support
